- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receiving full payment or deposit, and a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.
- Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- Payment Terms: All payments for reservations must be made using the payment methods accepted by Niharika Bhawan. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the payment is not received.
Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid penalties. A cancellation fee may apply based on the terms of the booking.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not arrive at the hotel without prior notice, your booking will be canceled, and the total reservation amount may be charged.
Liability
- Hotel Liability: Niharika Bhawan is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. It is your responsibility to take care of your belongings.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen emergencies.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
